Barbara Hamm, Psy.D., is Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Instructor ( part-time) in the Department of Psychiatry, Harvard Medical School, Director of the Transformative Action Project @ the Public Health Advocacy Institute at Northeastern School of Law and an Affiliate at the Center for Mindfulness and Compassion. Additionally, I have a private practice in Harvard Sq. Cambridge where I provide psychotherapy, supervision and consultation. Many formative professional years were spent at the Victims of Violence Program where I held a variety of roles, including, most recently, Directorship of the Program.

L’Merchie Frazier, a public fiber artist, innovator, poet and holographer, is the Creative Engagement Director of The Transformative Action Project, a Violence Transformed and Public Health Advocacy Institute initiative at Northeastern University School of Law. She is also the Director of Education and Interpretation for the Museum of African American History, Boston/Nantucket, engaged in highlighting and curating the Museum’s collection/exhibits, providing place-based education and interdisciplinary history programs, projects and lectures, most recently promoting STEM / STEAM education pedagogy, and manages Faculty/ Teachers’ Institutes and its extension, The Cross Cultural Classroom, a benefit marketed to independent education entities, municipalities and corporations.
