In conjunction with the live invitational exhibition “Violence Transformed: Unquiet Voices”

Location: Menino Arts Center, 26 Central Ave, Hyde Park, MA 02136
Workshop Date & Time: Wednesday, November 2, 2022 | 6:00-7:30 PM

Join Barbara Hamm, Co-Director of TAP, in a one & a half hour workshop in the gallery of the Menino Arts Center, Hyde Park, MA. Surrounded by art from the “Unquiet Voices” exhibit, Barbara will lead the workshop participants in a series of mindful practices that will be integrated into an evening of spoken word.

Quiet and unquiet supporting one another.

Each participant will have the opportunity to not only give voice to troubling times, and to truths that are often denied, but to connect with their hope for our futures as well. Participants are invited to bring a reading or song of their choice though no more than 3 minutes in length.

Please wear loose fitting clothing for the mindful practices.
